At Learning Technologies 2019 Learning News interviewed Filtered’s Head of Customer Success, Rob MacAllister. We asked Rob about L&D’s need for AI and learning recommendations and about the challenges his business faces.
Rob spoke about how Filtered has already done some of the heavy lifting in demystfying AI in learning, and have built their learning recommendations application, magpie and support services to help L&D to move ahead with AI and achieve greater personalisation.
Looking ahead, Rob identified partnering with learning systems and services providers as one of the important strategies for Filtered.
