Would anybody mind describing how they decide how much to charge a client for a project?
I’ve heard that some companies use a ‘per minute of learning experience produced’ method to price their work; which (over-simplified) means that a 20 minute module costs 25% more than a 15 minute module, regardless of whether the 20 minute module took 25% longer to produce.
I was just wondering what the alternatives are? Or if there’s an industry standard way of doing pricing?
As a bonus, if anybody has any thoughts on what they think the best way to do pricing is then I’d appreciate hearing about it!
