Wind has been powering human enterprise since the first person hoisted a sail, and from 25 to 28 September, Hamburg will host the WindEnergy expo, the leading international trade fair for wind industry. The fair highlights all the ways that human ingenuity has harnessed this natural source of renewable energy, and at APT, we are excited to be visiting the show and meeting many of our clients.
Providing a unique meeting point that brings together the major players in wind energy and related industries, this bi-annual show draws a worldwide audience, with around 40% of the estimated 35,000 visitors coming from outside Germany. There are over 1,400 exhibitors who are presenting the latest innovations in the onshore and offshore sectors, including green energy, cogeneration, hydroelectricity, and other alternative energy sources.
These exhibitors include major companies from wind energy and related industries, such as AECOM, Atlas Copco, Bibby, Doosan Babcock. These companies allow visitors to have a close view of updates in the entire value chain. These include Research & Development, Design & Engineering, Information Systems, Operation & Maintenance organisations and others, many of whom we have helped with their technical translation needs.
WindEnergy Hamburg also provides a unique platform to exchange ideas and information with vendors, partners and experts, as well as establish new business contacts. The extensive conferences covering topics from Electrification to Digital Wind and new technologies will spur discussions around how renewable energy, windmills, wind farms, and other innovations in clean energy will not only provide a safe way to power the world, but also generate business and revenues.
One topic sure to be on many minds are the latest BorWin projects that will provide over 900 megawatts direct current connection. These multinational projects share one thing in common, the need for highly technical, accurate and rapid translations.
APT uses experts who have a background in subjects ranging from photovoltaics, solar panels, along with wind turbines and electric generators, to ensure error-free translation projects. The services we provide in the Renewable Energy Sector, Engineering and other sectors are backed up by our quality processes and over 30 years of expertise.
We will be at the show this year and we would be happy to discuss and provide expert advice on any current and upcoming projects that you might have.
