The two fundamental elements in providing successful localisation project management are the procedures applied and the way in which we communicate.

Our workflow procedures are a central feature of our project management methods, with the team relying on a wide variety of resources to enable project completion and delivery.


Each project manager is fully conversant with our ISO procedure, and manages each project, large or small, from cost and method analysis through to delivery, archiving and subsequent assessment.


Your project manager is ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all our services, and you are provided with one project manager who handles all your work. Meeting you is extremely beneficial when dealing with large complex projects involving intricate detail, and is something the project management team insists on in these circumstances.

 

The team is fully conversant with our online workflow system, APT Online Portal, providing you online workflow facilities, enabling fast, simple online communication.
