Confidentiality
In 2010 we have responded to more RFIs & RFQs than in any other year. This is fantastic for our business and proves that the service we are offering is more attractive now than it has ever been.
So where does confidentiality come into this?
Never before have we had to demonstrate our confidentiality policies in as detailed a way as we have this year.
We currently have fully comprehensive non-disclosure agreements in place with all our contractors and freelance linguists. This part of our business is taken very seriously and our complete global supplier base works within stringent guidelines.
Needless to say, our confidentiality agreements have been certified and approved by solicitors and are completely fit for purpose.
Before test pieces are given to potential suppliers, our policy is clear – the APT Transtelex Confidentiality Agreement must be signed by the prospective supplier when they return the Linguistic/Supplier Certification Pack.
We have already demonstrated our flexibility when working with a number of customers by providing complete transparency on confidentiality policies, and allowing access to signed Confidentiality Agreements for specific project work.
This clearly demonstrates that the integrity of your business is paramount to us. We want to do business with you, and not purely on our terms.
